Shipping

When will my products be dispatched?

STOCK GARMENTS; Our stock items are branded and usually dispatched within 20 working days. (Please note during busier times in the year this can be up to 25 working days {July to October}).

In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.

PRE-ORDERED GARMENTS; Some of the items are sold on a pre-order basis, it will state “PRE ORDER” if this is the case. A date that the pre-order is open until, and an estimated shipping/collection date (usually 4-6 weeks after the end date of pre-orders) will also be present on the product page. All pre-ordered items are made to order, hence the dates being estimates.

How are my products shipped?

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by DPD. Once your order is completed you will receive a dispatch notification from the store and a notification from DPD, on the morning of your delivery you will recieve an email/text message from DPD with a 1 hour time slot.

The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. Clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a either grey recyclable or an DPD branded mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes. 

When will my products be delivered?

DPD quote their delivery service is a next working day service in the UK. Please note these timings are PLUS the days to dispatch mentioned above.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 21 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from DPD until this time. 

If an order does not arrive, we always recommend to call your local DPD depot before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. At checkout once you have entered your address the shipping option will update, International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Worldwide.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase. Currently each Hope & Glory product is made to order, so unless there is a fault with the item unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. Whilst faults are rare, it does occasionally happen – simply email with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This can be done within 14 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed.
